I caught this 31 inch walleye fishing Long Lake in northern Minnesota. I was using a rig and a leech in 26 feet of water on a steep break when the old girl hit. She ran line off my reel like a freight train heading for no where. I knew it was a big one! Dave backed the boat up because she wouldn’t come off the bottom. Then all of a sudden up she came! Dave netted her and off to the taxidermist she went. Hope to see her on my wall in August!
