I caught this little guy while fly fishing in Limestone Creek, NY. He wasn’t ready to have his picture taken I guess, because he jumped right out of my hand as I was snapping the photo.

My nice limit catch from Nine Mile Creek.
On my trip to Nine Mile Creek in Marcellus I got two twelves, two elevens, and one ten incher. I tossed three fish back. I got there at 6:45 am and was back home at 8:30 am!

Your Catches: Central NY, Big Brown Trout

A Central NY grown 22" brown trout!
I caught and released this 22″ fat brown trout in a Central New York pond. I was trolling with a 5 wt flyrod, sinking line, and a large streamer. Some how I managed to land him without a net. I took a few quick pics and then sent him back home. It was a great start to the season!
