Your Catches: Boated 13 Pickerel

I show off one of the thirteen Pickerel we caught.

Fishing the weeds has been hot on Oneida. we boated 13 pickerel, 7 large mouths, 1 Northern several perch and sunfish and 8 walleyes. We’re getting them drifting from short weeds into thick in 12-14′ of water. Casting jigs then switching to casting willow blades when the weeds get thicker. We’re getting the walleyes both ways.
